Minnesota Game Bird Hunting Season

In addition to game bird hunting Minnesota allows hunters to harvest wild rice.

The Minnesota Department Of Natural Resources notes the following:-

“Harvesting wild rice is open to Minnesota residents and nonresidents. All nonresident harvesters are required to be licensed. Residents under 18 do not need a license accompanied by a licensed harvester.”

Minnesota’s black bear range has been slowly expanding southward and westward. We are trying to better document this expansion and need your help.
